These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you, the user of the Lady Tides mobile application (“App”), and Charley Carriero (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the creator of the App. The App is made available through Apple’s App Store.
This agreement is between you and the Developer, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
BY USING THE APP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP.
Lady Tides is a personal note-taking and cycle awareness application designed to help women reflect on the rhythms of their menstrual cycle.
The menstrual cycle is a naturally occurring rhythm, much like the moon and the tides. Lady Tides provides a quiet space for users to observe and record their own patterns.
Lady Tides is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for personal reflection purposes only. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical questions.
Any cycle insights provided by the App are estimates and may not be accurate. The App should not be used for contraception, fertility planning, or medical decision-making.
Lady Tides is currently free to use. The Developer reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscription plans, or one-time fees at any time.
If pricing is introduced, existing users will be given reasonable advance notice before any charges apply. Any payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.
Lady Tides is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals who wish to reflect on their menstrual cycle.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use the App in a way that could harm the Developer or other users.
